Token Purchase Terms

These terms apply specifically to purchasing tokens (credits) on ThumbGen.pro. They form part of our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Service as a whole. By completing a token purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.
1. What You Are Buying
Tokens are a prepaid balance used to access AI features on ThumbGen.pro, such as thumbnail generation, asset creation, and AI image editing. Tokens are a licence to use the Service. They are not currency, securities, or property, and they confer no ownership interest in ThumbGen.pro or Edgeway Software.
2. Final Sale & No Refunds
Token purchases are final and non-refundable. Because tokens are delivered to your account immediately on payment and can be used straight away, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for unused tokens, including where you change your mind, stop using the Service, or are dissatisfied with the output an AI model produces.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Tokens Do Not Expire
Purchased tokens do not expire. They remain available in your account for as long as your account is active, with no time limit and no dormancy or maintenance deductions. This is subject only to Section 7 (Account Closure) below.
4. No Cash Value & Non-Transferable
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for money. Tokens are tied to the account that purchased them and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or pooled across accounts.
5. Delivery, Payment & Pricing
Payments are processed by Stripe. ThumbGen.pro never sees or stores your card details. Tokens are credited to your account once Stripe confirms payment; this is usually immediate, but may take a few minutes. If payment succeeds and your balance has not updated, contact us and we will resolve it.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change at any time. Price changes are not retroactive: tokens you have already bought are unaffected. We may also adjust how many tokens a given AI feature consumes as underlying model costs change.
6. Failed Generations
If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the tokens deducted for that request are automatically returned to your token balance. This is a return of tokens to your account, not a refund of money. A generation that completes successfully but produces a result you do not like is not a failure and is not returned.
You can review every token movement on your account — purchases, usage, returns, and adjustments — under View Transactions in your profile.
7. Account Closure
If you close your account, or if we suspend or terminate it for breach of our Terms & Conditions, any remaining token balance is forfeited and is not refunded. See Section 9 (Termination) of the Terms & Conditions.
