1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ThumbGen.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThumbGen.pro is an AI-powered thumbnail generation, editing, and compression platform. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate and edit images based on user prompts.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Token System & Payments

Our Service uses a token-based system. Tokens are consumed when using AI generation features. Token purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and token economics at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Images generated using our AI tools are created by third-party AI models. You retain rights to images you generate for your personal or commercial use (e.g., YouTube thumbnails). We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your prompts.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

6. Gallery Storage

Images stored in your gallery, whether generated from our tools or manually uploaded, may be retained for a limited time if a system expiration policy applies (currently displayed on each gallery item). After expiration, these images are automatically deleted from our servers. You are responsible for downloading and saving any images you wish to keep.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use automated tools to abuse the API, (c) share account credentials, (d) generate NSFW, violent, or illegal content, (e) attempt to bypass the token system.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content, loss of stored images, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. Remaining tokens are forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
